These almonds by the Chocolate Detective are made in Provence by the Doucet family who have been honing their craft for generations. Roasted & caramelised before being covered in dark chocolate and cocoa powder, there’s just the faintest hint of wild herbs in the caramel. Both soft & crunchy, these are extremely hard to resist so always open the bag when guests aren't present! All packaging is compostable including the natureflex inner bag.

Ingredients: dark chocolate 48% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla), ALMONDS 32%, sugar, cocoa powder, enrobing agent: acacia gum, natural Bourbon vanilla, herbes de Provence.
